At first I slacked off a lot. Then as I went to receive consultation and listened to the lectures, I decided since it sounded interesting, I would try to follow the directions. Then, on Wednesday morning after listening to the morning lecture, I pounded my chest, my hardened heart, and the tears, the tears suddenly burst out.

Mind? Consciousness? Everything that made it so hard for me, I’ll just let it be and discard.

What about here? Wonderful … More tears …

I threw away diligently like the “perfect, proper” student. I said, “Bye, Zàijiàn (bye in Chinese)” and now it feels really great. When I came here, I wanted to die. So I thought, good thing I’m here.

I am very grateful for the helpers who properly helped me.

I think it is most important to throw away.
