The more I looked back on myself during Level 1 meditation, the more I clearly realized how wrong I was. Every single thing was because of the mind I had accumulated and built up while living. It was neither the fault of anyone else, nor the fault of the world. I simply perceived the world according to my mind, accumulated the entire world and saw it in that manner. The end result was obvious. I had no choice but to receive the repercussions of what I had given off.

I am grateful to the almighty mind of the universe that accepts everything in the world, the mind that is filled with gratitude, the mind that is always together with everyone. Thank you to the method that showed me what the true mind is. Thank you to all those who have helped me. Going forward, I will reflect on myself and not forget to be thankful. Thank you, thank you and thank you!
