After reflecting on my life, I recognized, accepted and subtracted what I saw from my life. By doing so, I felt a sense of being cleansed. I became honest and came to see myself from an objective point of view. As I pulled up the incidents (which I had just brushed off, brushed past, and buried in the past) one by one, I felt as though I was slowly but surely taking an honest look at myself. It seemed necessary to do so. You come to see things you did not see. You become enlightened of things you did not know. You think of things that you had known subconsciously but did not want to face or think about. It is that kind of experience.
